Monica Khalid is a Partner at Turio Residential Company, where she leads capital formation and investor relations. She brings more than two decades of experience in institutional capital formation and investor relations across global real estate markets. Prior to Turio, Monica was with EQT Real Estate, where she helped raise more than $900 million for multifamily and logistics strategies across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Previously, she held earlier roles at Sentinel Real Estate, PGIM Real Estate, and DRA Advisors with experience spanning investor relations, capital formation and product development. She holds a B.S. from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Real Estate from New York University.
