Gianni Parente is the Managing Partner and founder of Turio Residential Company, where he leads investment sourcing and execution. Prior to joining Turio, he was MD with EQT Real Estate’s multifamily division, having joined the platform in 2016 when it was Exeter Property Group. He helped launch and grow its multifamily business, ultimately sourcing, underwriting, acquiring and managing approximately $750 million of multifamily investments.
Earlier in his career, Gianni was involved in the underwriting and due diligence of more than $800 million of multifamily acquisitions at Resource Real Estate and worked at Bill and Melinda Gates Investments. He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management, with honors, from Cornell University.
