Sandra Rittenhouse is a Partner and Investment Officer at Turio Residential Company, responsible for sourcing investments, managing assets and executing business plans through the investment lifecycle. Prior to Turio, Sandra was an Investment Officer at EQT Real Estate focused on multifamily acquisitions and asset management.
Previously, she worked at Independence Realty Trust, where she contributed to the growth of the company’s portfolio by nearly 5,500 units, representing more than $700 million in acquisition value. She holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute.
